topeek.app — effective February 17, 2026
1.1. These Terms of Service define the rules for using the website available at topeek.app and the Chrome browser extension "ToPeek" (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Service").
1.2. The owner and operator of the Service is Piotr Litwa, operating under the business name Piotr Litwa Web Analyst sp. z o.o., registered at ul. Plebiscytowa 1/121, 44-100 Gliwice, Poland, NIP: 631 27 09 007, REGON: 523 692 332 (hereinafter: the "Provider").
1.3. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.
1.4. These Terms of Service are made available free of charge via the topeek.app website in a format that allows downloading, saving, and printing.
User – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality that uses the Service.
Extension – the Chrome browser extension "ToPeek" distributed via the Chrome Web Store.
Account – an individual User account in the Service, created during the registration process.
Subscription – a paid service providing access to the Pro plan features of the ToPeek extension.
Free Plan – the free version of the ToPeek extension with limited functionality.
Pro Plan – the paid version of the ToPeek extension with full functionality, available under a Subscription.
3.1. The Service enables the User to use a Chrome browser extension that aggregates data from Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads in a single analytics dashboard.
3.2. ToPeek uses a "privacy-first" architecture — access tokens for analytics platforms are stored exclusively in the User's browser and are not transmitted to the Provider's servers.
3.3. Under the Free Plan, the User has access to a limited range of functionalities, including basic metrics and a limited historical data range.
3.4. Under the Pro Plan, the User gains access to full functionality, including: 365-day data history, CSV and PDF export, no watermarks, and a customizable dashboard.
4.1. To use the Service, a Google Chrome browser and an active Internet connection are required.
4.2. The User undertakes to use the Service in accordance with applicable law, these Terms of Service, and good practices.

5.2. Registration is completed by logging in via a Google account or Magic Link (a one-time authentication link sent to the User's e-mail address).
5.3. The User undertakes to provide accurate information during registration.
5.4. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account access credentials.
5.5. The User may delete their Account at any time by contacting the Provider at: hi@topeek.app.
6.1. The Free Plan is available at no charge and does not require providing payment details.
6.2. The Pro Plan is available under a paid annual Subscription. The current price is listed on the topeek.app website in the Pricing section.
6.3. Payments are processed by an external payment processor — Stripe, Inc. The Provider does not store Users' payment card data.
6.4. The Subscription renews automatically after the end of the billing period, unless the User cancels it before the renewal date.
6.5. The User may cancel the Subscription at any time. Cancellation results in the loss of access to Pro Plan features at the end of the current billing period.
6.6. The Provider offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of Subscription purchase. To claim the guarantee, the User should contact the Provider at: hi@topeek.app.
7.1. All rights to the Service, including copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights, belong to the Provider.
7.2. Use of the Service does not constitute acquisition by the User of any rights to the Service other than the right to use it under the terms set forth in these Terms of Service.
7.3. The User may not copy, modify, distribute, or decompile the source code of the ToPeek extension.
8.1. The Provider makes every effort to ensure the continuous and proper functioning of the Service, but is not liable for interruptions in the Service caused by technical reasons (maintenance, updates) or causes beyond the Provider's control.
8.2. The Provider is not liable for the content and availability of data retrieved from external platforms (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads), as such data is provided by the respective platform providers.
8.3. The Provider is not liable for business decisions made by the User based on data presented in the ToPeek extension.
8.4. The Provider's liability for services provided under these Terms of Service is limited to the amount paid by the User for the Subscription during the preceding 12 months.
9.1. The User has the right to submit a complaint related to the functioning of the Service.
9.2. Complaints should be sent to the e-mail address: hi@topeek.app.
9.3. A complaint should include: the User's full name, the e-mail address associated with the Account, a description of the issue, and the expected resolution.
9.4. The Provider will review the complaint within 14 days of receipt and inform the User of the resolution by e-mail.
10.1. A User who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the service agreement without giving a reason within 14 days of the date of conclusion of the agreement, in accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014.
10.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to a service fully performed with the express consent of the consumer who was informed prior to the commencement of the service that, upon full performance, they would lose the right of withdrawal.
10.3. A declaration of withdrawal from the agreement should be sent to the e-mail address: hi@topeek.app.
11.1. The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. The User will be notified of changes by e-mail to the address associated with their Account at least 14 days in advance.
11.2. Matters not regulated by these Terms of Service shall be governed by Polish law.
11.3. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Provider's registered office, provided that in the case of consumers, the competent court shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of the Polish Code of Civil Procedure.
11.4. These Terms of Service come into effect on February 17, 2026.
